About the role

The Amazon operations team is seeking Dock Clerks to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling orders efficiently. This role includes responsibilities such as communicating instructions, motivating associates, and ensuring work areas are safe.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to associates and motivate them
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and perform physical tasks

Requirements

• Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and perform physical tasks
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area capability
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $22.00 per hour, including the highest available shift differential.
