About the role

We are seeking a passionate teacher who challenges and coaches students. You feel at home in the workshop and work in a school that prioritizes development, collaboration, and innovation. This position involves teaching 'Research & Design' (O&O) to lower secondary students who have chosen this direction. You guide students through research and design projects, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and presenting ideas to clients and peers. Within our Technasium, students tackle realistic tasks from real clients and develop skills such as research, design, teamwork, planning, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Teach Research & Design (O&O) to lower secondary students.
• Guide students in research and design projects.
• Encourage students to think critically, come up with creative solutions, and present their ideas to clients and peers.

Requirements

We are looking for a teacher with experience in the field of Research & Design (O&O). Additionally, we prefer candidates with experience in technology or similar subjects, affinity with project-based and research-oriented learning, ability to mentor students in the process of research and design, strong didactic skills, and a bachelor's degree in education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate are also essential.

Pay

The salary for this position is between €3,622.00 and €5,520.00 gross per month, depending on the scale LB, LC.
