About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute, and evaluate occupational-specific lessons such as medical knowledge (anatomy, pathology, pharmacology).
- Mentor the guidance of students during the execution of occupational tasks, during lessons, and in their school career;
- Create assessments;
- Contribute to the development of teaching materials;
- Administer exams;
- Participate in various meetings;
- Execute preventive teaching tasks within the team.
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver IG/verpleegkundige is mandatory;
- You have a completed or almost completed teacher's training in Health Care and Welfare and are authorized to teach at the MBO level. If you do not yet have authorization, you are willing to obtain it;
- You are focused on cooperation in a results-oriented team;
- You possess coaching skills;
- You are capable of seeing and influencing group dynamics within your group. You are strong in your class management and in establishing professional relationships with your students;
- You possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

- This initially involves a temporary appointment for one year, with the possibility of extension;
- For authorized teachers, we offer the possibility of being appointed as a core teacher in salary scale LC (€ 4,226 - max. € 6,210 per month on full-time employment). When you do not have teaching authority for the MBO, you are assigned as a teacher in scale LB (€ 3,713 - max. € 5,495 per month on full-time employment). The assignment is based on knowledge, skills, and education;
- Vacation allowance of 8% and end-of-year bonus of 8.33%;

Pay
The initial position is a temporary contract for one year, with the possibility of extension. The salary scales are LB (€ 3,713 - max. € 5,495 per month on full-time employment) or LC (€ 4,226 - max. € 6,210 per month on full-time employment).
Schedule
The schedule is flexible and tailored to the needs of the students and the institution. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
