Doc Processing Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in document processing, records management, mailroom operations, scanning, imaging, office services, or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, open, review, sort, process, scan, image, file, and store incoming documents and records.
- Operate high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, and related office equipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, support shipping and receiving, and maintain accurate logs and inventory records.
- Respond to internal customer requests and deliver completed work throughout the building.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for copiers, printers, and scanning equipment as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure documents are handled accurately, securely, and efficiently.
Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Bellevue, WA.
Interview format: In person.
