Document Processing Specialist
About the role
The Document Processing Specialist will support a high-volume document imaging and mail processing operation. Duties include receiving, opening, sorting, processing, and scanning incoming documents for financial advisors.
Responsibilities
- Receive, open, sort, process, and scan incoming documents for financial advisors
- Maintain strict accuracy and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC, five days per week
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable performing both physical document handling and computer-based processing tasks
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong data entry and keyboarding abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to consistently start work by 8:00 AM
- Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Intermediate level experience in document processing and image processing
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
