About the role
As part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team, our Collection Specialists conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy as well as provide donor care during the donation process. If you have good work history and customer service skills, we will train you in phlebotomy.
This is a full-time position working 30-39 hours per week and requires the ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends. You may train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Enjoy working with the public
- Good, stable work history
- Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
- Able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
- Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required
