Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
