Salesperson (Customer Service Experience Welcome!)

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at Norm Reeves Honda Vista, you're a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and play a key role in creating an amazing purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure the dealership achieves its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Aid guests in selecting a new/used vehicle and help them construct a payment plan that fits their lifestyle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guest, take them for proper vehicle demonstration, and transition to transaction seamlessly
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a positive work environment and continuously improve with a great attitude and amazing teamwork

Requirements

• Full-time availability in your schedule
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves team members and guests
• A professional appearance
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent setting
