DMS IT Field Manager

About the Opportunity:The **DMS IT Field Manager** leads multiple Dealer Management System implementations, managing projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure timely and successful deployment. This role serves as the central project management resource, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to align deployments with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. ### 3. Responsibilities:• Develop deep understanding of the DMS system through hands-on training• Manage multiple DMS implementation projects from planning to post-deployment support• Conduct onsite engagement kick-offs and key user training at dealership locations• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports• Coordinate deployment activities with internal teams and dealership personnel• Facilitate project meetings, deployment readiness reviews, training, user acceptance testing, and go-live planning• Monitor and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as needed• Collaborate with data, product, technical, and training teams for deployment readiness• Support dealer onboarding, user access, licensing, and training coordination• Maintain project documentation, deployment metrics, and training materials• Provide onsite status updates during deployments• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aligned with core organizational values• Travel to dealership locations as required, with approximately 50% travel expected ### 4. Requirements:• Minimum 6 years of project management experience• Strong skills in project planning, management, and organization• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities• Capability to influence, build consensus, and handle sensitive situations professionally• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes ### 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $84,020 to $135,975 per year, based on candidate background, education, and experience ### 6.
