Duties
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Must be able to keep track of vats coming out of cooker and vats in brine room.
- Must be able to safely change forms on RMC in a reasonable amount of time, as not to hinder production.
- Must be able to clean and CIP RMC’s according to standard operating procedure.
- Must be able to clean flumes daily using proper procedure.
- Keep area clean at all times.
- Must be able to use chemicals in a safe and cost-effective way.
- Must be able to test and record brine salinity.
- Help with rework as time permits.
- Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality.
- Must be able to take temperature of cheese into and out of RMC.
- Must be able to operate RMC according to standard operating procedures.
- Must take daily goggle and gasket inventory.
- Perform and document pre-ops, titrations, operational logs, and all other documentation as assigned.
- Must be able to perform SAP functions in the system.
- Responsible for following all of the Saputo safety procedures and policies.
