Responsibilities
We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
- Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes.
- Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.
Requirements
- Resilient & Adaptable: You maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and can pivot when production priorities change.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a strong eye for quality and can monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications.
- Team-First: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
Shift: D Shift, Wednesday 12AM - 6AM, Thurs-Sat 6PM-6AM
