Responsibilities

We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste
• Using your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than "band-aid" fixes
• Maintaining accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensuring a "zero-defect" mindset through close attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and collaborating with the production team to ensure overall site health

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be:

• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and pivot when production priorities change
• Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for quality and the ability to monitor close tolerances to ensure every product meets specifications
• A team player, willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker for the good of the department

In addition, you should have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations

Schedule

This role will work the D Shift, Wednesday 12AM - 6AM, Thurs-Sat 6PM-6AM
