Division Vice President (DVP)

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for approximately 75 dialysis clinics in multiple states
• Develop and inspire the team to achieve high-quality patient care
• Implement strategic initiatives to maximize clinical outcomes and business growth
• Maintain awareness of market dynamics to inform growth strategies
• Cultivate partnerships with physicians and hospitals to enhance service offerings
• Manage clinical operations and balance budgets effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience in healthcare or related fields
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading multi-site operational businesses and high-performing teams
• Demonstrated fiscal and operational leadership with a track record of driving growth
• Experience cultivating relationships with medical professionals and organizations
• Ability to identify business challenges and create strategic solutions aligned with company values
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the market
