Division Vice President (DVP)

About the role

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is an integrated care division of DaVita Inc., working towards the vision of providing integrated care to all End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients. With more than 600 dedicated nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and business professionals, DaVita IKC manages care for over 20,000 patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) and ESRD monthly. The division has demonstrated that integrated care leads to improved patient quality of life, better outcomes, and lower total costs of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care management to patients with chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of integrated care models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
• Experience in nephrology or related healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
