Division Order Associate
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Under General Supervision, this position will provide good customer service by answering general division order questions from the owner relations hotline and email. Escalate irregular or complex requests to the appropriate analyst in a timely manner.
Create and maintain owner identifiers in both Land and Accounting systems.
Prepare, sort and mail division orders to interest owners.
Process executed division orders by recording returned dates and making necessary changes to owner number such address and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) in the database.
Complete general administrative duties like scan documents, make labels, data entry, make copies and file.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and Excel and basic knowledge of Adobe products.
- Basic use/operation of standard office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy with data entry.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to understand and follow instruction, procedures, policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Able to follow-up and meet established deadlines.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to help, support and work effectively within a team.
- Able to work independently with some supervision.
- Demonstrate high ethical and professional behavior and decision making.

Office Related Job is primarily performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
HOURS / SHIFTS
Regular business hours.

- Minimally lift, push, carry and/or move up to 25 pounds.
TRAVEL
Minimal travel may be required to other locations.
