About the role
SCS Global Services is seeking a Division Marketing Coordinator to support and collaborate with our corporate marketing, customer acquisition, and sales teams. You are passionate about our sustainability mission, a student of marketing ideas and tactics, and love driving marketing projects to completion with a solid understanding of digital marketing, data management, and marketing management best practices. This position must have extreme attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple ongoing projects. You are a marketing generalist and multi-tasker who can work in a variety of marketing platforms supporting numerous product lines simultaneously. Success in this role will come through exceptional support and implementation of our lead generation and nurturing strategy - structuring and informing the best ways to manage and implement marketing programs and uncovering insights on how to streamline marketing and sales processes and maximize lead value for the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain marketing calendars/roadmaps and oversee the distribution and tracking of all internal marketing and sales support documentation for designated programs
- Track and monitor sales data, maintain customer and prospect databases, and prepare reports from Salesforce and HubSpot
- Provide list acquisition support using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Zoom Info including: list building, list/data hygiene, and list reporting, with recommendations for expansion in growth markets based on website visitor behavior, market trends, and AI intent data
- Support marketing campaigns through the creation of emails and landing pages in HubSpot
- Manage webinar campaigns including set-up, email communications, registrant management, and campaign monitoring
- Support the promotion and execution of a wide range of trade shows and conferences, and provide onsite support for packing, shipping, and supply inventory management
- Provide program sales team support through lead list and data management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or comparable work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Proven working experience in marketing, particularly within the sustainability, climate, energy, or associated industries
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent writing, proof-reading, and communication skills
- Solid database and lead management skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results for multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of GoTo Webinar
Working Remotely
SCS is recruiting all open roles to be remote; allowing our employees the ability to work flexibly and allowing SCS as a company to diversify the experience and perspectives of our growing workforce. This is a home-office based role and may include travel with local, domestic, and/or international trips. Details will be clarified during the recruitment process.
Pay
Estimated Hourly Salary $20.40 - $26.55
