About the role

We are seeking a high-level operator and leader to take charge of the PhysioFunnels Marketing Agency. This role is full-time and in-office in Celebration, FL. It is not a campaign manager or marketing coordinator position. Instead, it's a leadership role for someone who understands people management, client retention, operational efficiency, delivery standards, contribution margin, accountability, team culture, and the pressures of leading a people-heavy service division.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire PhysioFunnels agency division from an operational, delivery, staffing, and performance standpoint.
  • Ensure the division becomes more profitable, more efficient, more accountable, more scalable, and less founder-dependent.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, retention, fulfillment operations, project management, staffing structure, KPI accountability, margin performance, communication standards, and day-to-day execution across the division.
  • Work closely with client success teams, media buyers, account managers, copywriters, onboarding staff, sales leadership, and the executive team.
  • Play a major role in helping integrate AI, automation, and operational systems into the future of the agency.

  • Can create structure without creating bureaucracy.
  • Loves scorecards, notices operational drift quickly, hates excuses, understands that client retention is operational excellence, and knows how to balance culture with accountability.
  • Is comfortable leading experienced people, improving underperformers, restructuring workflows, and building systems that scale.
  • Is execution-focused and can walk into a growing division and help it become tighter, faster, calmer, more profitable, and easier to scale.

Requirements

  • Essential Experience:
    • Experience managing a $3M–$5M+ marketing agency, coaching business, or service-based company.
    • Strong operational leadership experience.
    • Experience managing remote teams.
    • Strong understanding of contribution margin and operational KPIs.
    • Experience improving client retention and delivery systems.
    • Proven ability to lead through growth and operational change.
    • Comfortable working in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments.
  • PREFERRED Experience:
    • Healthcare marketing experience.
    • Experience with direct response marketing.
    • Experience with SaaS or AI-integrated businesses.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, automations, and project management tools.
    • Experience integrating offshore/international teams.
