Partner Marketing Team Lead
About the role
Join our dynamic Checkr's Marketing team to lead our partner marketing function, strategy and execution. Your role will drive revenue growth via joint marketing efforts with existing and new partners in our ecosystem. This role will require working closely with partner, marketing, and sales teams to implement campaign plans with strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner marketing strategy, defining partner prioritization, resource allocation, and joint programs aligned with company goals
- Manage and develop a team of partner marketers, setting clear objectives, ownership and accountability to drive partner pipeline and revenue
- Partner with the team to improve campaign performance (e.g., email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.) and identify the budget and resources required
- Own the performance of your team’s targets and proactively communicate ways to optimize program performance
- Identify and pilot new initiatives, including AI, into how your team plans and runs partner marketing programs, and champion adoption within the team
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external partners to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaigns
- Translate program performance into clear narratives and recommendations for leadership, using data to make the case for what to double down on or change
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, with prior people manager experience
- Proven track record of developing a partner marketing function, executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partners
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects
- Courage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types
- Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partners
- Experience in leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategy
- Cross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teams
- Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes

Pay
- On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA): $196,000—$230,000 USD
- On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO): $166,000—$195,000 USD
