• Drive growth in a division of over 40 faculty
• Develop disease-specific care pathways
• Advance medical education by fostering innovative fellowship programs and promoting scholarly inquiry
• Provide oversight within the Department of Medicine
• Contribute to the Cancer Institute Clinical Council
• Shape system-wide strategies for Hematology and Oncology
