Seeking a Division Head of Hematology & Oncology to lead clinical, research, and educational initiatives within a major health system.
Responsibilities
- Build a robust research enterprise in translational science and clinical trials, including investigator-initiated studies.
- Drive growth of a clinical division with over 40 faculty, focusing on pathways of care and disease-specific treatment development.
- Advance medical education through a strong fellowship program and foster a culture of scholarly inquiry.
- Collaborate to enhance system-level leadership, with potential roles in achieving National Cancer Institute designation.
- Provide strategic guidance for Hematology/Oncology within the Department of Medicine, influencing system-wide growth and development.
- Advise the Cancer Institute Clinical Council on strategic initiatives.
