Division Head of Hematology & Oncology

Job Summary: We are seeking a Division Head of Hematology & Oncology to lead a prominent clinical and research division. Responsibilities: Build and expand a robust research enterprise in translational science and clinical trials, including investigator-initiated studies. Drive growth in a clinical division of over 40 faculty, focusing on care pathways and disease-specific treatment development. Advance medical education through innovative fellowship programs and scholarly inquiry. Provide strategic oversight for Hematology/Oncology within the Department of Medicine and guide system-wide growth initiatives, aiming for NCI designation.Qualifications & Skills: Proven leadership and collaboration skills, strong academic background, experience in research and clinical care, and ability to foster a culture of innovation and scholarly activity. Ability to bring national reputation and energy to the division and work effectively with academic partners. Key Duties: Oversee clinical, educational, and research activities; develop strategic growth plans; contribute to system-level leadership; and promote a vibrant environment for faculty and trainees.
