Division Director-Pre Trial Services

About the role

The Division Director of Pre-Trial Services will oversee the Court Services Pre-Trial Program, including the Elkhart County Drug Court, and perform leadership and management functions in support of all Elkhart County Court Services Pre-Trial Programs.

Responsibilities

The duties of the position include leadership and management functions in support of all Elkhart County Court Services Pre-Trial Programs.

Requirements

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or college, and the equivalent of five years of full-time paid experience in criminal justice or human services
• Or an advanced degree from an accredited university or college in criminal justice or human services
• Or previous employment by a problem-solving court or pre-trial services program as a coordinator or case manager
• Two or more years of experience in a substance abuse/probation setting
• Two or more years of management experience, program development, or staff supervision
• Five or more years of experience in a criminal justice setting

Qualifications

• Preferred: two or more years of experience in a problem-solving court or pre-trial services setting
• Preferred: two or more years of experience in a problem-solving court setting
