Division Administrator

Purpose Statement/Position Summary

The Division Administrator manages administrative functions for several Divisions at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Responsibilities include financial management (budget, grants & contracts), personnel management, program coordination, business development, quality improvement, and service. Ensures that the goals and objectives of the divisions are consistent with hospital goals and objectives. Responsible for working closely with Academic Affairs at CHLA and USC, the CHLA Medical Group, CHLA administration, AltaMed, and the SABAN Research Institute administration regarding the division’s grants and contract.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in healthcare field

Education/Licensure/Certifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field required
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
