Division 10/12 Foreman

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial items.
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Able to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversees less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordinates with General Contractors and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced installation.
• Identifies and resolves conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to roadblocks in plans.

Requirements / Experience

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Experience with baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Dependable transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience (a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (a plus).
