Grading Foreman

About the role

We take on the largest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA. We’re seeking an exceptional foreman with mass excavation and leadership experience to lead our projects.

Responsibilities

• Reading plans and specs and managing operations accordingly.
• Leading, training, and communicating with others.
• Handling field paperwork in a concise and prompt manner.
• Knowing when you should and shouldn’t ask for help from senior management.
• Going above and beyond however you can for the customer.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen) with a clean driving record.

• Experienced in mass excavation and leadership roles.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate teams.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with modern equipment and technology.
