District Service Delivery Manager

About the role

As a District Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing Sales and Service Reps (SSR) within your district, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Environmental Compliance, and Transportation Compliance policies. You will drive sales growth, customer satisfaction and retention, profitability, and other operational controls within your district.

Responsibilities

• Ensure district adherence to operational guidelines
• Manage Route Drivers and Admin staff within the district
• Oversee product and service training for all OSSRs, LSSRs, SSRs, Utility Drivers, and WWFs (BPS Drivers)
• Conduct end-of-day check-in and morning check-out processes with SSRs to ensure expectations are met
• Hold BPS Drivers accountable to service performance requirements
• Lead weekly district meetings with service staff to drive performance and promote teamwork
• Collaborate with BPS Sales Directors to enhance district sales performance
• Manage district P&L
• Ensure timely response to all customer requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (extensive comparable work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
• 24 or 40-hour OSHA training and annual updates
• DOT/RCRA certification
• Strong knowledge of logistics
• Strong business acumen; credible leader with result-orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Customer relationship management skills
• Change management skills
• Proactive; able to collaborate with and inspire a range of people to achieve results

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
