Responsibilities
- Aid in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
- Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee sales representatives' daily routines and provide effective feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales management experience.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
- A passion for sales and the motivation to succeed.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
