District Sales Manager
About the role
Oversees all activities of the Metro Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers and Key Account Managers within the district.
Oversees all hiring, training and termination of sales management and sales personnel within the District.
Establishes performance goals and development plans for all Metro Sales Management.
Works collaboratively with Metro Sales Managers to establish performance goals and development plans for all sales personnel within the District and monitors performance on a continual basis.
Responsible for the development, implementation and results of all pricing strategies within the District.
Oversees the development and execution of all strategic sales plans within the District and ensures alignment with the strategic initiatives of the company.
Responsible for the development and implementation of district-wide revenue plans and results.
Captures and coordinates sales activities/organization with all other departments/divisions of the company (Operations, IT, Call Center, Credit, Training, National Accounts, Marketing, Fleet).
Responsible for the development and implementation of all sales related communication in conjunction with company-wide initiatives.
Oversees the evaluation, development and implementation of sales territories, quotas and alignment of sales and sales management personnel within the District.
Oversees the development and/or maintenance of all customers within the District.
Promotes maximum efficiencies within the District through on going evaluation, development and implementation of effective reporting tools, streamlined processes and decision making in conjunction with company-wide tools and processes.
Works closely with District Operations Manager and Operations team to ensure connectivity to all District wide sales strategies & initiatives.
Works closely with District Operations Manager and Operations team to ensure quality control and maximum deliverable.
Works closely with District Operations Manager to ensure proper Fleet mix and proactive Fleet Management.

- Previous sales and sales management experience with large accounts.
- Must be able to meet performance, productivity and efficiency standards.
- Previous sales management experience.
