About the role
Kohl Wholesale is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee sales representatives in the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO and surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales representatives in the designated territory
- Interview and participate in hiring decisions within the specified region
- Assist in new account development
- Provide direction to sales representatives and set performance goals
- Handle complaints regarding sales staff
Requirements
- Preferred that candidates live in the District Area
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous sales experience
- Previous sales management experience recommended
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
- Valid driver’s license and proof of adequate insurance coverage meeting Kohl Wholesale’s standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
