District Sales Manager

About the role

Kohl Wholesale is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee sales representatives in the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales representatives in the designated territory
• Interview and participate in hiring decisions within the specified region
• Assist in new account development
• Provide direction to sales representatives and set performance goals
• Handle complaints regarding sales staff

Requirements

• Preferred that candidates live in the District Area
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous sales experience
• Previous sales management experience recommended
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills
• Valid driver’s license and proof of adequate insurance coverage meeting Kohl Wholesale’s standards
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
