About the role

The District Sales Manager leads, manages, and holds their teams accountable while hitting sales goals. They are responsible for organizing their schedules, managing accounts, and coaching their team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute weekly visitation plans for both existing and new accounts
  • Train new employees and resolve customer issues
  • Sample products and ensure account success
  • Review sales data and provide feedback to team members
  • Present information at weekly sales meetings
  • Lead and coach the team towards professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
  • Previous sales and leadership experience
  • Age 21 or older
  • Michigan residency or willingness to relocate to the Greater Lansing area
  • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge
  • Ability to obtain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license

Pay

The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience: $68,000 - $86,000 per year

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday. Exact schedule will be determined during the hiring process.
