District Manager- Virginia and West Virginia
About the role
Burlington Capital Properties is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of properties primarily located in Virginia and West Virginia. This is a senior multi-site management role responsible for supporting property performance, financial results, compliance, and the day-to-day performance and development of onsite personnel. The District Manager works closely with onsite and corporate personnel to ensure properties operate effectively, performance expectations are met, and operational and financial information is accurate and timely. The successful candidate will be an experienced property management professional with strong leadership skills and a background in affordable housing, including Project-Based Section 8/LIHTC combination properties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the operational performance of a multi-site property portfolio.
- Work closely with onsite, multi-site, and corporate personnel to address operational needs and maintain property performance.
- Monitor property operations, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Review monthly financial statements and provide accurate variance explanations and reporting.
- Assist with the preparation and management of property budgets.
- Monitor property performance and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial results.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to onsite personnel.
