About the role

Casey’s District Managers oversee 12-15 locations in an assigned area and play a vital role in executing Casey’s strategic initiatives, driving sales, and ensuring that Casey’s is Here for Good.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey’s strategic initiatives across 12-15 stores
• Drive sales and financial performance through effective P&L management
• Train, coach, and engage Store Managers and Team Members, focusing on team building and customized career paths
• Deliver the best guest experience and foster a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork
• Provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals and adapt effectively during change
• Travel to stores to maintain a continued presence

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of business acumen—understanding of various business scenarios and ability to adapt during change
• Accountable for delivering financial performance in the district
• Willingness to travel

Pay

Starting pay range: $88,700 - $110,900. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
