Primary responsibilities

- Total controllable loss and store profitability

- Establishing revenue and expense objectives
- Implementing marketing programs
- Evaluation and growth of direct reports
Requirements
This position has the financial and operational leadership responsibility for 10-15 stores in the geographical area.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar field is required. Proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate store operations.
