Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent adherence to Canteen’s food quality, safety, merchandising, and brand standards across all locations
- Lead district operations in alignment with company policies and strategic initiatives, in partnership with senior leadership
- Conduct operational audits and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality
- Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Develop and monitor accurate unit-level and district-wide forecasts to support business goals
- Achieve both company and client financial targets
- Execute Canteen programs, culinary initiatives, and service innovations
- Support, coach, and develop unit leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of company assets and resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L-driven food service operations across multiple sites
- ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of HACCP standards
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and make strategic business decisions
- Experience with menu development and food program execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
