About the role
The District Manager, Field Access and Reimbursement (DM) will lead and manage the reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and managing a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel, ensuring optimal access, effective pull-through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support.
- Executing reimbursement initiatives in various therapeutic markets related to the Regeneron product portfolio.
- Working with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base.
- Collaborating with Sales and Access leadership teams within Regeneron and alliance counterparts to develop and execute regional and local strategies for payer and provider access.
- Developing and executing local tactical plans for all brand access initiatives and addressing relevant needs in each customer market.
- Engaging actively with all field payer and access activities supporting the brand.
- Leading and coaching to identified measurable performance parameters and monitoring performance against these agreed parameters.
- Proactively collaborating and communicating with Sanofi partners to achieve brand goals and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a field-based reimbursement or sales team preferred.
- Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy).
- Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors.
- Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems.
- Previous 2-3 years of reimbursement or sales management or 5 or more years of successful sales experience is preferred.
- Broad-based experience valued: sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or supply chain.
- Previous experience with Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biologics products or relevant indications.
- Ability to travel extensively over large geographic territories.

Pay
$188,100.00 - $233,500.00 annually
