District Manager (Commercial Cleaning - Bilingual Eng/Spanish)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing commercial cleaning operations in designated areas. Manage teams, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain high-quality service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage and train cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality of work.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet client needs and operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and improve service delivery.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some weekend work required.
