About the role

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple cleaning sites within a designated area. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at multiple cleaning sites
• Manage and train cleaning staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with central office for scheduling and resource allocation
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Qualifications
