District Manager

About the role

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within their designated territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including sales, customer service, and logistics within the territory.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and adhere to industry standards.
• Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend work required.
