District Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across 5 salon locations
• Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and salon staff
• Ensure sales targets, membership growth, and EBITDA goals are consistently met or exceeded
• Carry out regular store visits and performance audits to maintain brand standards
• Implement and monitor action plans to improve underperforming locations
• Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in retail, fitness, or personal services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Willingness to travel within assigned region, including overnight stays

Pay

$65,000-80,000 total compensation (base salary + performance-based bonus)
