Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop Store Managers and teams across multiple locations.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and technology.
- Lead business development initiatives to grow market share and customer retention.
- Support new store launches and ensure operational readiness.
- Analyze financial performance and coach teams on profitability strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in management, including oversight of multiple locations.
- 5+ years of experience managing profit and loss statements and driving sales growth.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or a related field is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead through change and scale operations in a high-growth environment.
- Strong project management, strategic planning, and process improvement expertise.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

Pay
Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year + Bonus based on EBITA. OTE up to $250,000
