About the role

The District Manager provides leadership, oversees staff, and assists the General Manager to achieve short and long-term company objectives. This position ensures all restaurants in their region comply with local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA guidelines. The District Manager drives success by directing restaurant operations to deliver a positive guest experience, meet sales and profit objectives, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with General Managers and staff to run operations, demonstrating leadership and teamwork to help crew members meet quality customer service standards.
  • Provide counsel and assistance to managers in establishing business plans to maintain restaurant profitability.
  • Ensure profitability by adhering to guidelines for sales growth, food pricing, and employee wages.
  • Undergo further training and train staff on restaurant operations and personal development.
  • Coach store managers on progressive discipline, termination issues, and employee development through one-on-one and group training sessions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
  • Evaluate and address performance issues, and actively recruit restaurant staff candidates.
  • Ensure all restaurants maintain a Theoretical to Actual COGS variance of less than 1%.
  • Ensure labor standards are followed, with scheduled-to-actual labor staying within a 2% variance.
  • Familiarity with Aloha and NBO systems.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Director of Operations.

  • Bending/Twisting: Continual or intermittent twisting of the spine.
  • Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas through spoken words.
  • Hearing: Receiving detailed information through oral communication.
  • Vision: Clarity of vision at near or far distances.
  • Computer usage or operation of other special equipment.

Pay

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
