About the Role
We’re looking for a self-driven, self-aware leader to oversee all district store activities and operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving company goals. This role involves direct interaction with staff, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining operational standards across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Meet company revenue goals by achieving or exceeding monthly budget expectations.
- Conduct facility audits to ensure physical and operational standards are met.
- Oversee daily activities and scheduling of staff, providing feedback (positive and corrective).
- Recruit, interview, and hire new staff members.
- Lead by example, fostering a climate where staff is motivated to perform their best through shared vision, coaching, and development.
- Travel within the designated area to visit stores and attend meetings or training sessions as directed.
Requirements
- Multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably in a transferable industry (e.g., Retail Sales, Hotel, Restaurant, Leasing, Travel, Car Rental, or Equipment Rental).
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Strong leadership in developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on prioritizing multiple projects and handling interruptions.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based systems.
- Passion for customer service excellence and staff development.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Pay
Annual compensation includes a base pay of $90,000 with potential earnings up to $120,000 through metrics-based quarterly bonuses and a performance-based annual bonus.
