District Manager

Responsibilities

• A constant presence in stores with a tireless pursuit of perfection in operations across a portfolio of up to 12 stores.
• Loves, eats and constantly samples our food while in stores ensuring we are only serving high quality, freshly prepared food.
• Coaches up against all key performance measures – including people development, food quality, speed, labor, and ultimately the Best Guest Experience.
• Takes full accountability for the culture in the store, coaching with compassion and celebrating wins.
• Has working knowledge of how our in-store equipment works with the ability to set up, clean and troubleshoot issues.
• Builds relationships across departments using all available resources to support store operations.
• Identifies problems while empowering teams to find solutions and solve problems quickly.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated 5+ year track record leading teams as a multi-unit leader with experience working in a variety of store types.
• A master in drive-thru operations preferred.
• Knowledgeable of business metrics, and market trends.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing a bench of Store leaders.
• Strong in time management, multi-tasking, accountability, effective communication and follow up.

Pay

We offer competitive compensation packages that include a base salary and commission structure based on performance.

Schedule

Our schedule is flexible to accommodate your needs, but typically includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
