We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about company and mission, then description of role. We should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: company description (About the role? maybe "About the role" could be the intro). Could also have "Responsibilities" (list). "Skills & Abilities Needed for Position" could be Skills. "Experience & Knowledge Needed for Position" could be Qualifications or Requirements. "Physical Requirements" maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but we can include under Requirements. "Additional Working Conditions/Aspects" maybe also Requirements or Benefits? Not benefits. Could be part of Requirements. Benefits: posting mentions "competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, matching 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and more." So we have Benefits section. Pay: mentions "competitive pay" but no specific amount. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states competitive pay but not specific number. Is that enough? It says "competitive pay" which is vague but still states pay. The rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state competitive pay, albeit not a number. I'd include Pay section with that statement. Schedule: mentions "Ability to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as neededAbility to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidaysMust be available for 24-hour emergency calls". So schedule info present. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, skills, experience, physical requirements, additional working conditions. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet as list items. We need to format sections with

headings. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to avoid headings with filler text. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph: "Rumpke is a family-owned and operated company that ranks as one of the largest firms in the waste and recycling industry. Our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional waste and recycling solutions to our customers and communities through a commitment to safety, service, the environment and the growth of our people. When you join Rumpke, you’ll be part of a team providing essential services to millions of residents, businesses, and neighborhoods. You will enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, matching 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and more. This is your opportunity to make a difference for you and your family. Come join our team!" That's prose; could be under About the role. Then role description: "The District Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple sites within an assigned region, ensuring consistent achievement of performance, safety, customer service, and financial goals. This role is responsible for developing and leading frontline and management teams, optimizing daily operations, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The District Manager acts as a key liaison between field operations and corporate leadership, translating company objectives into actionable local plans. This includes managing budgets, staffing, compliance, and safety standards, as well as driving growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction." That's prose; could be part of About the role or separate Overview. But we have only certain headings allowed. Could put under About the role as well. Then "Responsibilities of Position:" followed by bullet list (each line starts with a verb). We'll make

    • . Then "Supervisory Responsibility: This position will manage 1-5 employeesThis position will oversee and direct other managers". That's prose; maybe include under Responsibilities or separate? Could be part of Responsibilities. Then "Skills & Abilities Needed for Position:" bullet list. Then "Experience & Knowledge Needed for Position:" bullet list. Then "Physical Requirements in a Regular Workday:" bullet list. Then "Additional Working Conditions/Aspects:" bullet list. Then benefits already mentioned in intro; we can also have Benefits section with that list. Pay: "You will enjoy competitive pay" (from intro). Could be Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: flexible hours, nights/weekends, overtime, 24-hour emergency calls. We'll put in Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like "This job description is intended to describe the general nature..." etc. Remove that. Also remove EEO statement at end. Now produce HTML. Structure:

      About the role

Rumpke is a family-owned and operated company ... Come join our team!

The District Manager provides strategic leadership ... customer satisfaction.

      Responsibilities

      • Oversee District performance across various lines of business and/or locations (safety, service, cost, productivity, employee engagement, compliance)
      • Lead and develop managers and ensure consistent execution of company standards
      • Manage District budgets, forecasting, and capital planning, and oversee P&L
      • Oversee and drive growth for the district including organic growth and M&A opportunities
      • Support talent management — hiring, training, and promoting leadership within the district
      • Partner with the Region Vice President and the Region Controller to set strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives
      • Serve as the primary liaison with local communities, municipalities, and government officials, ensuring positive relationships and compliance with service agreements or franchise contracts
      • Represent the company at city council meetings, public hearings, and community events to strengthen partnerships and promote the Company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and reliable service
      • Collaborate with municipal leaders on service changes, contract renewals, and community feedback
      • Serve as an escalation point for operational or customer issues
      • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
      • Ensure effective communication between operations, sales, maintenance, and support functions
      • Perform other duties as assigned
      • Supervisory Responsibility: This position will manage 1-5 employees
      • This position will oversee and direct other managers
But note supervisory responsibility lines are not bullet originally but we can keep as list items. Alternatively we could keep them as prose but rule says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Supervisory responsibility is not a list but could be separate

. However we already have a list; we could add them as

after list. But to keep simple, we can include them as list items; they are still content. Better to keep them as

        after list. But rule: "Use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So supervisory responsibility is not a list; we can put as

. Let's do that. Thus after responsibilities list, add

Supervisory Responsibility: This position will manage 1-5 employees

This position will oversee and direct other managers

          . Now Skills section:

          Skills & Abilities

          • Deep operational understanding of hauling, transfer, and disposal functions
          • Knowledge of the waste industry including hauling, landfill, and recycling operations
          • Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills
          • Ability to develop managers, implement strategy, and drive accountability
          • Skilled in public relations, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
          • Process and results oriented with a commitment to organizational success
          • Demonstrated ability to lead a market and initiate growth
Experience & Knowledge -> Qualifications maybe.

          Qualifications

          • 8-10 years in waste management or transportation operations, including multi-site leadership
          • Knowledge of safety regulations and requirements (DOT, OSHA)
          • Proven success in managing budgets, P&L, and operational performance across several locations
          • Experience working with municipal contracts, community relations, or government partnerships
          • SWANA certification preferred, Environmental Compliance training preferred, or equivalent
Physical Requirements -> maybe under Requirements? Could be separate section "Physical Requirements". Allowed headings include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not Physical Requirements but we could put under Requirements. However we have already used Qualifications for experience. Could use Requirements for physical and working conditions. Let's do:

          Requirements

          • Rarely lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling a max of 35 lbs
          • Frequently working outside in changing temperatures, wet/humid conditions
          • Frequently working in areas of dust, odors, mist, gases, and other airborne matter
          • Occasionally stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling
          • Occasionally climbing and/or balancing
          • Frequently sitting/standing/walking
Then Additional Working Conditions/Aspects could also be under Requirements as more items. Add more list items:
        • Must be at least 19 years of age
        • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
        • Must not have any DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years
        • Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas
        • Exposure to residential and commercial waste
        • Ability to travel between offices, as required
        • Ability to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed
        • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
        • Must be available for 24-hour emergency calls
        • Legally eligible to work in the United States
        • Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
        • Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
        • Must be able to read and speak the English language
        • But note some of these overlap with schedule (flexible hours, nights/weekends, overtime, 24-hour emergency calls). We'll keep them in Requirements but also have Schedule section maybe duplicate? Better to separate: schedule section for those schedule-related items, and requirements for physical/eligibility. Thus we need to split. Let's create Requirements section for physical requirements only. Then Schedule section for flexible hours, nights/weekends, overtime, 24-hour emergency calls. Then Benefits section for benefits list. Pay section for competitive pay. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's list all content pieces: Intro/about: company mission, role overview. Responsibilities list. Supervisory responsibility (two sentences). Skills list. Experience/knowledge list. Physical requirements list. Additional working conditions list (includes age, violations, DUIs, exposure, travel, flexible hours, overtime, 24-hour emergency, legal eligibility, driver's license, pre-employment testing, English). Benefits: health, dental, vision, matching 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and more. Pay: competitive pay. Schedule: flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed; ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays; must be available for 24-hour emergency calls. Note schedule items also appear in additional working conditions; we should not duplicate. We'll keep schedule section with those items, and remove
