District Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, motivate, coach, and mentor a team to achieve performance targets
• Articulate and execute a compelling vision for the district
• Drive business results while maintaining a positive, inclusive company culture
• Build strong customer relationships and develop a team that mirrors the customer base

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of retail and/or management experience
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or GED
