Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises office and operational personnel
- Ensures daily work and reports are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Investigates and resolves customer service issues and complaints
- Mets or exceeds district sales goals by partnering with the VP of Operations, the Sales Manager, and other business partners
- Optimizes profitability of the district by actively managing controllable expenses, local inventory, and directing the development of continued improvement projects to generate hard cost savings/profit improvement
- Coodinates product deliveries in partnership with the corporate team
- Coodinates service and installations in partnership with the corporate team
- Maintains the inside and outside of the properties appearance which includes the office, yard vehicle and bulk tanks
- Takes safety measures with a goal of zero accidents and incidents
- Cultivate commercial relationships within the community (i.e. Chamber of Commerce), maintain existing customer relationships, while focusing on developing new customer opportunities
- Plans for succession and develops employees for advancement
Qualifications
- 5 Years of experience managing and leading a team-required
- High School Diploma or GED-required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s License with clean and clear MVR-required
- CDL (class A/ B) preferred but not required
- Knowledge of MS 360-required
- Cargas and DocuSign is a plus
- Adapt with technology-enabled system’s and implementation of process improvement
- Ability to manage in a fluid, fast pace environment is a must along with being highly motivated and well organized
- Experience with supply chain in the propane industry is preferred
