About the role

We are seeking a District Manager to lead and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district catering to multiple salons. The role involves ensuring alignment with company-wide goals, managing all aspects of operations, recruiting, hiring, and developing high-quality staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specific and direct alignment with company-wide goals
• Accountable for all aspects of PBT operations, including adherence to quality standards, systems, and procedures
• Direct salons with a focus on sales-building
• Monitor and control costs including labor, cost of sales, sales revenue, and profitability
• Recruit, hire, develop, and maintain the highest quality staff
• Collaborate with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel for timely and effective communications on projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of retail/sales/customer service environments
• Proven positive leadership and team development across multiple locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, smartphone, tablet, and PC proficiency
• Competence with Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Able to drive between locations
• Open and flexible availability
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• At least 3-5 years of operations (management) experience

Pay

$62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
