Northern Utah / Southeast Idaho District Manager role.
About the role
A typical day as a District Manager at Mo’ Bettahs is pleasant and upbeat. You will mentor and lead your team of General Managers in various locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibility is overseeing the development of the Mo’ Bettahs brand daily. You will be the contact for all business operations within your district, ensuring the growth and development of your teams—especially in deployment, team building, and strategic people development. The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and handles day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.
Pay
Base compensation varies depending on experience, starting at $75,000–$90,000. Two bonus programs pay up to $36,000 per year for one, plus an additional amount for a long-term incentive.

Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and systems

Working Conditions
