District Manager

About the role

Step into a high-impact leadership role, overseeing 5 locations across Pennsylvania as our next District Manager. We are looking for a self-motivated and high-energy individual to drive performance in this region. The focus of the District Manager is the development of their respective management teams and the financial success of the stores within their district.

Reports to: Regional Director of Operations. Supervises: General Managers. FLSA Status: Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Have daily conversations with Managers reviewing their numbers from the previous day.
• Work with General Managers on a strategic approach for improving brand awareness within the market.
• Manage the business and daily operations of multiple sites to achieve company goals.
• Oversee daily activities for all on-staff employees, including loading, cleaning, and customer service and interaction.
• Drive growth and development of the management team across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with the Regional Director of Operations on daily, monthly, and yearly goals for membership sales and retention.
• Oversee location accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze budget expectations to identify areas for cost reductions.
• Promote organization in all aspects of site management.
• Ensure the site operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist the Regional Director of Operations in budget planning.
• Monitor sales and labor analysis at the district level and work with General Managers to execute identified opportunities.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Supervisors on strategies to improve brand awareness within the region.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar concentration.
• 3+ years of District Manager experience (Car Wash and/or Food & Beverage preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Commitment to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional prolonged periods of walking or standing.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Occasional ability to travel on short notice.
