Responsibilities

Reports To: Regional Director of Operations. Supervises: General Manager. FLSA Status: Exempt.

• Hold daily conversations with Managers reviewing the previous day’s numbers.
• Work with General Managers on strategic approaches to improve brand awareness within the market/region.
• Manage the business and daily operations of multiple sites to achieve company goals.
• Provide daily activities for all on‑staff employees ranging from loading, cleaning, and customer service interaction.
• Grow and develop the management team across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with the Regional Director of Operations on daily, monthly, and yearly goals for membership sales and retention.
• Responsible for accounting and financial reporting results of locations.
• Analyze budget expectations to identify reduction opportunities.
• Promote organization in all aspects of site management.
• Ensure site compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in budget planning with the Regional Director of Operations.
• Monitor sales and labor analysis at the district level and work with General Managers to execute identified opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar concentration (required).
• 3+ years of District Manager experience (Car Wash and/or F&B preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Commitment to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods, occasional walking/standing, lift up to 15 pounds, and travel on short notice.
